At Veggies Cart, your satisfaction is our top priority. We deliver fresh produce and groceries daily, and we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned β€” whether it's a damaged item, a wrong product, or a change of plans.

βœ… We promise a fair, transparent, and hassle-free refund process. If something goes wrong with your order, we will make it right.

This policy applies to all orders placed through the Veggie Cart app or vegiesmart.com delivered within Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

When You Can Cancel

⏱️ You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, or before the order status changes to "Packing" β€” whichever comes first.

How to Cancel

Open the Veggie Cart App

Go to "My Orders" from the app's home screen or bottom navigation.

Select Your Order

Tap on the order you wish to cancel. You will see the current order status.

Tap "Cancel Order"

If cancellation is available (within the window), the "Cancel Order" button will be visible. Tap it and select a reason.

Confirmation

You will receive a cancellation confirmation via push notification and email/SMS within 2 minutes.

In rare cases, we may cancel your order if:

Reporting Issues with Delivered Orders

πŸ“Έ To raise a refund for damaged, wrong, or expired items, you must report within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

After 24 hours, we are unable to process refunds for perishable items as we cannot verify the condition of the produce.

Open Veggie Cart App

Navigate to "My Orders" β†’ Select the relevant delivered order.

Tap "Report an Issue"

Select the affected items and choose the issue type: Damaged / Wrong Item / Missing / Expired.

Upload Photos

Take clear photos of the damaged or wrong items. Photos are required to process the refund.

Submit & Track

Submit your request. You will receive acknowledgment within 2 hours and a resolution within 24–48 hours.

Refunds are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. The exact credit timing may vary depending on your bank's processing time.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items & Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

❌ Attempting to abuse the refund policy (repeated false claims, misuse of the system) will result in account suspension and may lead to legal action.

In some cases, especially for small refund amounts or COD orders, we may offer to credit the refund amount to your Veggies Cart Wallet. This is instant and can be used for future orders.
